Techdirt Greenhouse: An Idea Workshop

At
Techdirt, our core belief is that ideas are living things -- and that by getting smart people to think about and discuss various ideas, they can often be made much better. It's what we try to do on Techdirt -- presenting ideas and getting people to discuss them -- as well as with customers of our Techdirt Corporate Intelligence service. We now took that same concept and tried it in a live environment... the
Techdirt Greenhouse.
Now that after a day of intense discussion, debates, new friendships and business contacts everyone left, why not go one step further? This site (courtesy of
Wetpaint) is an attempt to
involve those who could not be physically here, but are interested in sharing their ideas: you are welcome to participate, leave comments, change entries, continue the discussion. This open wiki is where the Greenhouse lives on ... until we meet next time.
Anonymous editing is allowed, however, if you register (free), you will get attribution for your entries/changes, and can also use enhanced features like "Watch page". The "Recently updated pages" report (left pane) is available as RSS feed.
Additionally, we've set up a social networking site
here, where you can connect to the other members of the Greenhouse community (
more about it here).
